Each session aims to identify where you are stuck, in thought, action, and energy, then resolve those blockages so that you can move forward in your life with more clarity, inner-peace and joy.
After the initial session we will decide how to work together based on your needs. I typically work with clients on a weekly basis for 4 or 6 weeks. This ensures your healing process is held safely and lovingly in our therapeutic relationship and that you are committed to your own healing journey. |
